From Challenge to Shared Solution

At K2i, we've developed a streamlined knowledge-sharing process that begins with identifying pressing water management challenges through member input and research. We first search our extensive knowledge repository for existing solutions and insights. When needed, we facilitate focused conversations between selected utilities facing similar challenges or implementing innovative solutions. Throughout this process, the BOGWT team provides full support—handling preparation, facilitation, and analysis. Every interaction is documented and added to our growing digital knowledge base, accessible to all members through our portal. For challenges benefiting from deeper engagement, we arrange face-to-face meetings between relevant teams, enabling direct knowledge transfer and relationship building.
